This semester the CMU Engineering Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is kicking off cultural humility workshops. This specific session will focus on CMU-Africa. Cultural humility incorporates a lifelong commitment to self-evaluation and critical self-reflection to recognize and mitigate power imbalances, as well as to maintain a respectful community and strong partnerships through institutional accountability.
