Student research opportunities
Automated Aquaculture aims to outfit Africa's fish farms with computer vision and IoT-controlled auto-feeders. The project uses edge computing to optimize feed amounts disbursed while measuring fish size over time for farmers. The long-run goal is to provide farmers with these insights in a fish farm monitoring app and improve their bottom line.
